This is an authentic kimchi base that fully brings out the rich umami of seafood, the natural sweetness of fruits, and the flavor of fermented vegetables. By balancing each ingredient, it is finished with a moderate spiciness, making it enjoyable for a wide range of generations, from young people to the elderly. The seafood is based on four types: our "squid salt-cured" made with traditional methods, and carefully selected clams, dried sardines, and kelp, creating a rich and flavorful taste. Four types of fruits – Western pear, dates, apple, and apricot – are blended to add natural sweetness and acidity. The "rich umami of seafood," "natural sweetness of fruits," and "flavor of fermented vegetables" create a deep, authentic taste even with few ingredients, making it suitable for kimchi making, kimchi hot pot, as well as sundubu, fried rice, and a wide variety of other dishes.
