Usage instructions
To warm with hot water: Do not open the bag, place it in boiling water and warm for 3-5 minutes. To warm in microwave: Transfer contents to a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat. (Approximately 2 minutes at 500W is a guideline.)
