**Story and Content**
In C.E.75, the battles continue.
The independence movement and the invasion by Blue Cosmos… To calm the situation, the World Peace Monitoring Organization "Compass" was established, with Lacus as its first president. Kira and others participate in various battles as members of this organization.
During this time, a joint operation is proposed by the emerging Foundation Kingdom to target Blue Cosmos headquarters.
