【Product Description】
● The HiTemp140X2-TD-FP temperature logger can be used continuously at high temperatures of +140°C and has a high-precision temperature data logger with 32,767 memory. The extension probe cable, which is bendable and coated with fluororesin (PFA), has a diameter of 2.5 mm and is thin, making it suitable for measuring temperatures inside small vials and narrow tubes. Two types of cable lengths are available: 914 mm and 1829 mm. The sensor uses a platinum resistance thermometer Pt-100, providing a measurement accuracy of ±0.1°C.
● The HiTemp140X2-TD-FP automatically records two temperature points at specified measurement intervals. For example, it can measure the internal temperature of a high-pressure sterilizer (autoclave) with a short probe, and the temperature inside the product with an extension probe. With two channels, it has many applications.
● The recorded data can be quickly downloaded to a computer using the docking station and USB cable, enabling various data analyses. The easy-to-operate Japanese version analysis software automatically calculates sterilization F0 value, dry heat sterilization Fh value, depyrogenation Fd value, and low-temperature sterilization PU value from the measured temperature and time, displaying results in graphs and numerical tables.
● The Windows XP/7/8/10 compatible Japanese version software easily displays temperature data in graph form. With just a mouse click, you can display time/numerical tables, transfer data to Excel, enlarge or scan graphs, and display statistical data. For pharmaceutical and medical applications, a security-enhanced analysis software compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 (including IQ/OQ/PQ Japanese guidelines) is also available. It is delivered with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST (+30°C/+140°C: 2-point calibration).
