宮崎マンゴーラングドシャのこだわり
ひとつひとつ手作業で種を取り除いた宮崎県産マンゴーをミキサーにかけ、そのあと丁寧に裏ごしし、濃厚なピューレにします。これを煮詰めて、さらに濃厚なジャムにしたものをラングドシャの生地に練り込みました。サンドしてあるマンゴーチョコレートにも宮崎県産マンゴーのパウダーを練り込んでいます。
