Soken-sha Domestic Vegetable Gomoku Takikomi Gohan Mix is a seasoned rice mix finished with a rich Japanese-style broth made from dried sardines, bonito, and kelp, using domestically produced vegetables (burdock root, carrot, lotus root, shiitake mushrooms) and domestically produced konjac.
This product is designed for 2 cups of rice (serving 2 to 3 people).
- We are committed to a Japanese-style flavor and do not use any meat or meat extracts other than fish.- Sugar is made from raw sugar from Kikai Island, Kagoshima Prefecture, and the delicious, rich flavor of丸大豆本醸造醤油 (whole soybean brewed soy sauce) and organic Beni Hana oil enhance the taste of the ingredients and broth.- Simply mix one packet with rice and cook; you can enjoy authentic "takikomi gohan" (seasoned mixed rice) with the flavor of the ingredients and the fragrant soy sauce.- We value the natural taste of the ingredients and do not use chemical seasonings, preservatives, or artificial fragrances.- This product is for 2 cups of rice (serving 2 to 3 people).- For Japanese-style seasoning, we use the aromatic and flavorful Soken-sha "Japanese Broth First."- Dextrin is a food ingredient made from starch.
**How to Prepare:**
1. Wash 2 cups of rice. (If using no-wash rice, rinse lightly.)2. Add the same amount of water as usual for cooking rice.3. Add one packet of this product and stir lightly.4. Cook as you normally would for rice, and once cooked, stir gently.5. For added flavor, you can serve with nori seaweed or mitsuba (Japanese parsley) for an even more delicious dish.
**For Mochi-style (sticky rice) version:**
1. Wash 1 cup of white rice and 1 cup of glutinous rice.2. Use 30cc less water than usual when cooking.3. Follow steps 3 to 5 above.
