【おいしいすし飯の作り方】
[分量]
合わせ酢:お米3合(180mlカップ3杯・4人前)、純米酢大さじ4、砂糖大さじ4-5、塩小さじ2
[作り方]
●お米は、炊く30-40分前に洗い、やや固めに炊き上げます。
●ご飯が熱いうちにすし桶又はボールに移し合わせ酢を全体にまわしかけます。
●ご飯を切るように(むらなく)混ぜうちわでさまします。
