Misuzu Ame is a traditional dried jelly candy from Nagano Prefecture, made by solidifying domestic fruits with agar, granulated sugar, and starch syrup.

It is made by adding agar, granulated sugar, and starch syrup to six types of ripe domestic fruit juices to create a jelly.

The surface is coated with an oblate (a thin film made from starch, which can be eaten as is) to enhance its shelf life through concentration by drying.

The texture is similar to the traditional Niigata confectionery, Okina Ame, and it has a rich, jam-like flavor.

This product is a 260g assortment of Misuzu Ame in cellophane packaging, featuring "Apricot," "Plum," "Sanbokan," "Grape," "Peach," and "Apple."
