Ai Higuchi is a singer-songwriter born in the first year of Heisei. She has been learning classical piano since around age 2, and has experienced violin, choir, vocal music, drums, guitar, and other musical activities, touching on various genres. Starting at age 18, she began her main activity as a keyboard singer-songwriter. Her performance skills and fundamental musicality, cultivated over time, have received high praise both inside and outside the industry, leading to appearances at major festivals such as FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL and RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL.
In 2022, she was selected to write the ending theme 'Akuma no Ko' for the TV anime 'Attack on Titan' The Final Season Part 2, which became a topic of discussion.
Recently, she has also been active as a writer, providing songs for artists such as Shingo Katori, Non, and Yoshino Aoyama, and writing lyrics for numerous songs including the theme song for the anime 'Bocchi the Rock!' under the name 'Higuchi Ai.'
This album, 'Miseisenjō' (Unfinished Line), is her fifth original album released approximately two years after her 2022 album 'Saiaku Saiai' which was released on March 2, 2022.
Currently, the ending theme 'Itterasshai' for the TV anime 'Attack on Titan' The Final Season Part 3 (each episode version), which shows signs of becoming a hit worldwide, was released digitally in April this year. The album also includes 'Inori' (a song for the 2023 Keirin brand new TV commercial 'Narisō no Rire' CM song), a love song trilogy 'Koi no Iro' (ending theme for TV Tokyo's Drama 24 'Hatsukoi, Zarari'), 'Jihaniki no Koi' (theme song for the movie 'Sono Koi, Jihaniki de Kaemasu ka?'), 'Kono Taikutsu na Hibi o' (theme song for the movie 'Joshi Daishōji no Meitantei'), and a total of 11 songs.
The first edition limited edition includes a Blu-ray with carefully selected live footage from her band solo tours and acoustic solo performances since 2022.
