「奇跡のリンゴ」で知られる木村秋則氏指導のもと、岡山県で農薬も肥料も使わずに育てた生命力の強い自然栽培のお米と、同じく自然栽培で育った大豆、ミネラルバランスの良い天日結晶塩を使用し、こだわりの吉野杉木桶で仕込みました。安心・安全で身体に染み入るようなマイルドな味の自然味噌です。大変上質な味わいですので、味噌自体をしっかり愉しむお料理に特におすすめです。岡山県のブランド米「朝日米」を使用し、約6～8ヶ月長期熟成した生味噌（非加熱）です。（食塩10.2％）3月中旬～11月中旬頃までは冷蔵便で発送させて頂きます。
