高知県安芸郡安田町にある南酒造場は、明治2年の創業の酒蔵です。
創業以来酒の味の追求を続け、質を第一に、少量で丁寧な酒造りを守ってきました。
平成10年に初めて商品に家名を冠した「南」を世に送り出し、全国の酒屋や飲食店、飲み手の皆様と出会い、味を分かち合い、銘酒としての地位を確立してきました。
