[How to Use]i. Use on dry skin after cleansing.ii. Take an amount roughly the size of one cherry on dry palms.iii. Apply to five points on the face with fingertips: chin, right cheek, left cheek, nose, and forehead.iv. Spread evenly over the entire face.v. Using your middle and ring fingers, massage in an upward spiral motion. (3 times)vi. Using the sides of your index fingers, lift from the sides of the nose across the entire cheek. (3 times)vii. Using your middle and ring fingers, move up and down around the mouth, as if lifting the corners of your mouth. (5 times)viii. Gently circle around the sides of the nose. (5 times)ix. Lift the bridge of the nose from bottom to top. (5 times)x. Draw a spiral from the center of the forehead outwards, and lightly press the temples. (3 times)xi. Lightly press from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner, and from the outer corner to the inner corner. (1 time)xii. Finish by massaging the entire face and pressing the temples and parotid glands.xiii. Finally, gently wipe off or rinse thoroughly.
