Please contact us via message from "Problems with your order" in your order history, along with photos showing the condition of the product and a description of the defect or flaw. We will confirm if the product has a defect or flaw based on the photos. Regardless of whether photos are provided, the following four items are not eligible for return:
1. Products for which the warranty period has expired since arrival.
2. Products delivered via contactless delivery.
3. Products that have had their packaging materials removed and have been unpacked.

5. A few broken or wilted stems or leaves (those that are expected to regenerate if cut).

Humidity of 50-60% is ideal. A well-ventilated location is preferred, so a place where air circulates during ventilation is best. In winter, window areas tend to get colder, so move the plant to the middle of the room and maintain a temperature above 10°C. Water thoroughly until water drains from the bottom of the pot when the soil feels dry, approximately every 2-3 days. During winter, the growth rate slows down, so reduce the watering frequency compared to spring, summer, and autumn, and aim for the soil to be slightly dry.
