This work, "METAL GALAXY," which is themed around "traveling through the galaxy of metal" and features a diverse range of songs, will include a total of 14 songs on the regular edition released worldwide except Japan. The "Japan Complete Edition," exclusively for Japan, will include a total of 16 songs, including two songs that are only available on the Japanese version.
This Japanese edition CD will be released as a 2-disc set, which is the first attempt for an original album. As the name BABYMETAL suggests, this work further evolves and expands upon "new metal" born from emotions like LIGHT & DARKNESS, duality, ambivalence, and various chemical reactions. Just as the sun and moon change the scenery of the world by altering the light they cast between day and night, this album plays a wider variety of sounds than ever before, coloring the galaxy of metal in vibrant hues.
