Kin-Fue Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter Dashi-no-Moto is a soup base made with honjozo "Kin-Fue Soy Sauce" using only whole soybeans, wheat, and sun-dried salt as ingredients, and incorporating the flavors of bonito flakes, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms.
The rich aroma and depth created by the honjozo soy sauce and dashi enhance not only noodle dishes but also a variety of other dishes.
We are also particular about our water. Water that has passed through a water purification system is used.
