**Precautions Before Use**
*Note:* Use of this medication is limited to individuals who have previously been diagnosed and treated for vaginal candidiasis by a physician.

**Do Not Use If You**
(Doing so may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects)
1. Are not previously diagnosed or treated for vaginal candidiasis by a doctor.
2. Have recurrent vaginal candidiasis (once within 2 months or twice within 6 months).
3. Are unsure whether it is a recurrence of vaginal candidiasis (e.g., vaginal discharge not resembling cottage cheese or milky, not yeast-like, or with unpleasant odor, which may indicate other conditions).
4. Have been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus.
5. Have a fever or chills.
6. Experience nausea or vomiting.
7. Have lower abdominal pain.
8. Have irregular or abnormal bleeding, or vaginal discharge mixed with blood.
9. Have ulcers, blisters, or pain in the vagina or vulva.
10. Have painful urination or difficulty urinating.
11. Have experienced allergic reactions to this medication before.
12. Are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.
13. Are elderly (60 years or older) or children under 15.

2. While using this product, do not apply any other medications to the external genital area, except antifungal treatments.

**Consultation**
1. Please consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are:
- Under medical treatment.
- Breastfeeding.
- Have allergies or a family history of allergies.
- Have experienced allergic reactions to medications before.

2. Immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any of the following occur:
- Symptoms such as pain (throbbing), swelling, redness, irritation, itching, or heat in the vagina after use.
- No improvement after 3 days of use or symptoms do not disappear after 6 days.

**Indications and Effects**
Recurrence of vaginal candidiasis. (Limited to those previously diagnosed and treated by a doctor.)

**Usage and Dosage**
Insert the following amount into the deep part of the vagina. Use daily for 6 days.
- Adults (15 to under 60 years):
- Dose per application: 1 tablet
- Frequency: Once daily (preferably before bedtime)

- Under 15 years and 60 years or older:
- Do not use.
- Do not use daily.

If symptoms do not improve after 3 days or do not resolve after 6 days, consult a doctor.

**Precautions Related to Usage and Dosage**
1. Use only vaginally; do not swallow. If accidentally swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
2. Continue use for 6 days even if symptoms disappear before then.
3. Do not use during menstruation; if menstruation occurs during treatment, stop use and consult a doctor.
*Note:* The medication remains inside the vagina to exert its effect and is gradually expelled outside, which may result in white clumps or paste-like discharge.

**Ingredients and Content**
Per day (1 tablet):
- Active ingredient: Isoconazole nitrate 100 mg

Excipients include lactose monohydrate, cellulose, and magnesium stearate.

*What is Vaginal Candidiasis?*
Vaginal candidiasis is an inflammation caused by a fungus (yeast) called Candida. It is a common female genital infection, but proper treatment is essential.

*Typical Symptoms of Vaginal Candidiasis*
Infection causes changes in the amount and appearance of vaginal discharge (resembling cottage cheese or milky, yeast-like), and may be accompanied by itching and redness or swelling of the vulva.

**Lifestyle Precautions**
- If recurrent vaginal candidiasis occurs, inform your partner, as they may be infected. If your partner experiences itching or redness, seek medical attention.
- To prevent infection of your partner, avoid sexual activity during treatment.
- Do not use spermicidal agents during treatment to avoid irritation.
- Refrain from self-washing the inside of the vagina to maintain medication efficacy.
- During bathing, wash the vulva with water only, avoiding soap to prevent irritation.
- Candida bacteria thrive in warm, humid environments; keep the area dry.
- Dry the outside of the vagina thoroughly after bathing or swimming. Change wet clothes promptly.
- Use sanitary products like panty liners frequently and change them regularly.
- Wear breathable cotton underwear.
- Use clean underwear and towels daily; do not share towels with family to prevent infection.
- Candida bacteria are also present in the intestines; wipe from front to back after using the toilet to prevent intestinal infection.
- Avoid scratching the vulva even if it itches, to prevent worsening irritation or spreading infection.

**How to Use the Vaginal Suppository**
1. How to Remove
Press firmly on the protrusion of the blister pack containing the suppository to break the foil on the back and take out one tablet. (Using it directly without removal may cause injury or accidents.)

2. How to Insert
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap, spread your legs, squat, and insert the suppository into the deepest part of the vagina with your fingertip. (Do not use applicators or other tools.) After insertion, wash your hands well with soap.
