Optimization of Paint Flow OutputSmoothly rising paint flow output characteristics. A wide adjustment range allows for fine-tuning without sudden increases in flow rate. Adoption of our original paint adjustment screw pitch of 0.75 mm, which has been used for many years in automotive repair guns.
Low Resistance Structure and High Durability DesignInitial leakage limit is 500,000 cycles. High durability of 1,000,000 cycles is achieved through re-tightening. Low-resistance construction with a sleeve and soft packing that minimizes the impact on needle sliding due to re-tightening.
Trigger Load Reduction StructureLow-friction packing and a circuit structure with low passage resistance, along with an optimized valve shape, enable trigger operation without sudden pressure fluctuations throughout the entire stroke.
