Description
A high-appeal part that mixes a biologically realistic octopus bait with a highly effective flasher tape for attracting schools. It can be attached to arm eyes or Omakase eyes to add to the main body appeal, and by attaching it to the leader, it can also be used as a teaser. Designed specifically for octopus fishing, the "Eight Pod Tako-RE" is a dedicated lure for octopus game that has recently gained nationwide popularity. Megabass designed it from scratch, thoroughly incorporating the requests of octopus anglers to complete TACO-LE (Tako-RE). By adjusting the buoyancy of the head and tail, the hook remains off the bottom even when dragging along the seabed, preventing snagging. Additionally, the unique tail bumper, which mimics the retreating posture of a shrimp, prevents stacking in rock crevices such as the ballast slit, while serving as a sensor that detects the type and shape of the bottom and transmits this information to the angler. The hook system features a twin hook with a large barbless hook and two small outbarb barbed hooks, providing a strong hold that forcibly pulls off octopus clinging to the bottom, while thoroughly reducing the chance of losing fish during fights or landing, boasting an incredible catch rate.
