メドハギ茶の飲み方
〈沸かして飲む場合〉
　お水２Lにメドハギ30gを入れます。
沸騰したら弱火で約20分煮てください。
メドハギは取り出してお茶だけを冷蔵庫保管して飲んで下さい。

■浸して飲む場合
メドハギ3g位をティーサーバーに入れてお湯（180ml）を注いで 3分後に飲んで下さい。

■お酒に浸ける場合
メドハギ300g（１袋）に焼酎（35度）1.8Lを2本注いでください。
焼酎にメドハギを漬けて100日間涼しいところに保管し100日が経過したら酒だけを違う瓶に移して寝る前にお猪口で１杯ずつお飲み下さい。
