How to Drink Medhagi Tea
When boiling:Add 30g of medhagi to 2L of water.Once boiling, simmer over low heat for approximately 20 minutes.Remove the medhagi and store the tea in the refrigerator before drinking.
When steeping:Place about 3g of medhagi in a tea server, pour in 180ml of hot water, and drink after 3 minutes.
When infusing in alcohol:Pour 2 bottles (1.8L each) of soju (35% alcohol) into 300g (1 bag) of medhagi.Steep the medhagi in the soju and store in a cool place for 100 days. After 100 days, transfer only the alcohol to a different bottle and drink one small cup before sleeping.Discard the medhagi after use.
