MC Calcium is a calcium supplement made using natural oyster shells (Borey), which are well-absorbed.
One daily dose (3 tablets) contains approximately 700 mg of calcium (Ca: 40.08).
It also includes amino acids (L-lysine hydrochloride) to aid calcium absorption and bile acid components (ursodeoxycholic acid).

- Adults (15 years and older): 3 tablets, once daily.
- Children 11 to under 15 years: 2 tablets, once daily.

- Under 5 years: Do not take.
