- It blends "Egoma oil," "Benibana (safflower) oil," and "Canola oil," all pressed by cold extraction. Despite being an egg yolk type, it has a light and mellow flavor. (Egoma oil accounts for 33% of the edible vegetable oils used.)
- According to the 2015 edition of the Japanese Dietary Reference Intakes promoted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the daily recommended intake of n-3 fatty acids is up to 2.4g. This product contains 2.4g of alpha-linolenic acid per 15g serving.
