【材料】
ごはん お茶碗2杯分:約250g、溶き卵 1個分、A(マスコット[チャーハンミックス] 大さじ1、長ねぎ(粗みじん切り) 10㎝分、焼豚(角切り) 2枚分)、
【作り方】
(1)フライパンにごま油を熱し、溶き卵を入れ炒め、半熟のうちにごはんを加えよく混ぜながら炒める。
(2)Aを加えよく混ぜる。
◆炊き込む:1合分
【作り方】
炊飯器に洗った米(1合分)と水(普通の水加減)、[チャーハンミックス]大さじ1.5、ごま油(大さじ1/2)を入れよく混ぜ、炊飯する。
◆混ぜる:1人分
【作り方】
温かいごはん(お茶碗2杯分:約250g)に[チャーハンミックス](大さじ1)とごま油(小さじ1)を加えよく混ぜる。
・ラップをして電子レンジ(600W)で1分程加熱すると風味が増します
