「NOSERU」は先進企業「ATARASY（アタラシー）社」が保有する広大な施設の移動手段と、巡回警備用として開発されたロボットです。
「TAMOTU」と同様にクラウドAIによって管理されていて、高精度の位置情報と連動して自動運転で目的地まで運んでくれます。
ATARASYのエンジニアたちが、余った部品をかき集めて作ったマシンで広い工場を移動していたのが「NOSERU」の始まりだったとも言われています。
