Marushima Kombu and Vegetable Dashi is a powdered dashi base that does not use flavor enhancers (extracts) and brings out the natural taste of the ingredients.
It does not use animal-derived ingredients. Hokkaido kelp, domestic shiitake mushrooms, and domestic dried daikon radish are roasted using a "special manufacturing method" to create a rich dashi.
It uses "Muroto deep sea salt" and Hokkaido-produced "beet sugar."
Recommended for dishes where you want to enhance the flavor of the ingredients.
It is especially recommended for those who dislike the smell of fish or meat.
