Born March 10, 1990, in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, and residing there. Pianist, composer.
Since 2008, he has been sharing piano performance videos and live streams from his home in Nagoya, achieving a total video view count of 500 million and over 1 million YouTube subscribers. A pianist who captivates many with just one piano.
His performance of 'Senbonzakura', which was also featured in a Toyota 'Aqua' TV commercial, has over 19 million views. In April 2018, he composed music for the TV drama 'Itsumademo Shiroi Hane' (broadcast on Tokai TV and Fuji TV networks). He is also part of the unit 'maras k' with sound creator kors k, and released his third album 'Beat Piano Music 3' on May 30.
In June this year, he held and sold out his own festival 'Marafes' at Hibiya Outdoor Music Hall, and from October, a nationwide tour 'marasy piano live tour 2018' will be held.
He is a new-generation pianist whose style involves enjoying playing the piano without being confined to traditional genres, including anime, games, Vocaloid, J-pop, and original compositions, gaining support not only in Japan but also worldwide.
