Soken-sha Mapo Tofu Sauce is a ready-made sauce that allows you to easily enjoy the authentic taste of a Chinese restaurant by simply preparing one block of tofu.

It uses organically cultivated Benibana Ichiban (safflower), and features the savory umami of chicken and scallops, wrapped in the fragrant spiciness of La Jiang (fermented chili peppers).

The minced meat ingredients are made from chicken carefully raised at Tokiwa Poultry Farm in Aomori Prefecture.

You can enjoy the rich flavor and firm texture of chicken.

No chemical seasonings, colorings, or artificial fragrances are added.
