(1)お米を洗って、水切りします。
(2)水切りしたお米に本品を加えます。
(3)水を加え軽くかき混ぜ、通常どおり炊飯します。
※水が白く濁りますが、問題ありません。
※マンナンヒカリは洗わないでください。洗うことによって栄養分が損なわれる場合がございますので洗わずにお使いください。
