This is a healthy meat alternative made from plant-based protein, developed by Mameya. It is commonly known as "soy meat" or "soymeat." In addition to soybeans, plant-based protein is used as a binder to prevent crumbling, maximizing the texture and flavor of meat. It is also gaining attention for low-carbohydrate diets, and we believe it is a future-oriented meat alternative that is low in fat, low in calories, and high in protein. **Cooking Instructions:**
1. Boil a generous amount of water in a pot and add your desired amount of meat alternative. Simmer over low heat for approximately 5-10 minutes to rehydrate.
2. Drain in a colander, rinse with water, and squeeze out excess water thoroughly. If you are concerned about the bean aroma, repeat the rinsing and squeezing process 2-3 times.
3. Use in your favorite dishes. Recommended for ginger stir-fry, frying, yakiniku, and more.
* Rehydrates to approximately 3 times its original weight.
* Example: If you need 150g of meat alternative for a recipe, use approximately 50g of the dry product as a rehydration estimate.
