Our miso soup is made by separating the miso and ingredients from cooking to freeze-drying.
By cooking each with the optimal method suited to them, when rehydrated with hot water, their appearance, aroma, and flavor each stand out even more.

Japan has various delicious miso from different regions. We visit miso breweries nationwide and blend carefully selected miso according to the ingredients.
We do not use chemical seasonings; instead, we draw out the goodness of the ingredients and craft the flavor with wisdom and technique.

03 Presence of ingredients felt in the miso soup
Freeze-drying is the optimal method to deliver the goodness of ingredients.
To enhance the texture and flavor of the ingredients, we use domestically produced raw mushrooms and hand-grill eggplants over charcoal, adding extra care to the ingredients.
