Speer Paste One-Touch EX, a keratolytic agent, utilizes the softening and dissolving action of salicylic acid to remove thickened, hardened skin. It softens the skin and removes keratin from corns, calluses, and warts. Additionally, the included size adjustment seal allows precise application to the affected area, preventing the medication from contacting surrounding healthy skin.

**Shape**
- **Medication Pad (this product):**
- Medicinal part: Salicylic acid penetrates the affected area to exert its effect.
- Protective pad: Adhesive, prevents slipping, protects the area, and alleviates pressure pain.
- **Fixation Tape:**
- Made of stretchable fit material, covers the entire medicated pad, and securely fixes it.
- **Size Adjustment Seal:**
- Prevents medication from adhering to surrounding healthy skin.
- Inner hole diameters: 5mm, 7mm, 9mm.
- To remove, fold the backing along the edge of the size adjustment seal and peel it off with your finger easily.

**Usage Example for Speer Paste One-Touch EX for Feet (Large size)**
*Note:* Soaking the affected area in warm water and thoroughly drying before use enhances effectiveness.

1. Confirm the size of the affected area with thick, hardened keratin.
2. If the green medicinal part (diameter 10mm) is larger than the affected area, it may contact healthy skin, causing softening, whitening, or pain. To prevent this, peel off the size adjustment seal matching or slightly smaller than the affected area and attach it so that the inner hole aligns with the affected area. If the diameter is 10mm or more, the size adjustment seal is unnecessary.
3. Attach the medicated pad so that the medicinal part contacts the inner hole of the size adjustment seal. If not using the seal, attach the pad directly to the affected area.
4. Firmly press and fix with the included fixation tape, and keep it in place for 2-3 days. This provides better adhesion than daily replacement and speeds up softening of hardened areas.
5. When replacing, carefully remove the whitened keratin with disinfected tweezers or similar tools, avoiding pain.
6. If the affected area is not completely removed, repeat steps 1–5.
7. For corns, it is essential to completely remove the core (keratin pillar); otherwise, recurrence is frequent. After removing the whitened keratin, continue treatment patiently until the core is gone, using a size adjustment seal suitable for the remaining core size.
8. After removing corns or calluses, the affected area may become depressed or the keratin may turn white and hard. New skin will regenerate, so keep the area clean. If the area becomes painful, apply an emergency bandage or similar.

*Note:*
- It is safe to bathe while using this product, but ensure the area is sealed to prevent water from loosening the patch. If it gets wet, dry thoroughly. Replace if it peels off.
- If an appropriate size adjustment seal is unavailable or used up, cut the medicinal part slightly smaller than the affected area and attach it so it does not slip.
- When the fixation tape runs out, purchase the separately sold Speer Tape.

**Ingredients, Dosage, and Usage**

**Ingredients (per 1 cm²):**
- Salicylic acid: 45 mg (containing 50% salicylic acid)
- Additives include natural rubber, medium-chain triglycerides, hydrogenated rosin glyceride, refined lanolin, sodium copper chlorophyllin, and other components.

**Usage and Dosage:**
- Remove from the backing, attach the medicated part to the affected area without slipping, and replace with a new medicated pad every 2–3 days.
- *Usage instructions:*
- Soak the affected area in warm water and dry thoroughly before use for enhanced effect.
- Confirm the size of the hardened keratin area.

- After removal, keep the area clean as new skin regenerates. If painful, apply an emergency bandage.

**Precautions for Usage:**
1. Do not use on the following areas:
- Around the eyes, mucous membranes, soft skin areas (e.g., neck), face (due to strong keratolytic effect).
- Inflamed, wounded, or suppurating areas (may worsen symptoms).
- Clustered warts or multiple warts on the body.
- Water warts.
- Moist warts.
- Flabby warts on the vulva or around the anus.
- Brown or light black flat, raised senile warts.
- Young flat warts along scratches.

2. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if you are:
- An infant (skin is delicate).
- Allergic to medicines or cosmetics (risk of allergic reactions such as rash, redness, itching, dermatitis).
- Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant (animal tests have reported teratogenic effects of salicylic acid).
- Being treated for diabetes (lowered immune resistance; skin injuries may lead to infection).

3. The effective warts are rough, keratinized, and hard. For other types, consult a specialist.
4. If any symptoms such as rash or redness occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
5. If no improvement occurs after prolonged use, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.

*Additional:*
- When removing the product or fixation tape, peel slowly along the hair flow to avoid skin damage.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to other containers to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
- After opening, store remaining medicated pads and fixation tapes in their original packaging, then return to the original box for storage.
