How to Make Chicken SoupPlace 1 teaspoon (approx. 2g) of powder in a dashi pack and simmer with 130ml of water. Gently knead the dashi pack while simmering over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then remove the dashi pack.Use as a base soup for vegetable soup, egg soup, curry, or stew. It also tastes delicious in miso soup when combined with bonito dashi.If you don't mind the powder remaining, you can simmer it directly without a dashi pack. The powder can also be mixed with salt and pepper to season fried rice or stir-fried vegetables.
