■ How to Enjoy and Use

[For Cold Water]
Pour 1 liter of water into a pot or similar container, add 1 tea bag, and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

[For Hot Brewing]
Pour 1 liter of water into a kettle, bring to a boil, add 1 tea bag, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and remove the tea bag after about 5 minutes.
