It uses 100% ingredients from Hokkaido. Among beet sugar syrups, it carefully selects the highest grade rich in minerals, and combines health-promoting kinako (roasted soybean flour) with organic Jerusalem artichoke, which is rich in dietary fiber that is less readily absorbed by the body.

● Plenty of nutritious kinako!
Kinako, made from soybeans, contains plant-based estrogens called soybean isoflavones (a type of polyphenol), soybean saponins that protect the body, lecithin that regulates eating habits, calcium, and abundant plant-based proteins. Additionally, kinako is rich in iron (non-heme iron). It contains not only soluble dietary fiber but also insoluble dietary fiber, which is about four times more than burdock root.
● Luxurious use of organic Jerusalem artichoke!
The inulin in Jerusalem artichoke is a storage polysaccharide unique to the Asteraceae family. Unlike starch, it dissolves in hot water and, through digestion, becomes a type of oligosaccharide called Jerusalem artichoke oligosaccharide (Inulo-oligosaccharide), supporting a healthy lifestyle.
The powder used to coat the kinako candy is mostly made from regular kinako, but "Daijoubu na Mono" repeatedly requested trial productions at factories and challenged the use of costly organic Jerusalem artichoke powder to enhance its guilt-free quality. The factory, which initially said, "Since it's our first time making this, we can't guarantee the taste," ultimately produced a product that the staff praised as "delicious!"
● High-quality beet sugar syrup chosen as a substitute for water syrup
"Beet sugar" is sugar made from the roots of sugar beets.
Beet syrup is produced by removing impurities from the juice extracted from sugar beet roots and then boiling down the juice. Because it is made while retaining molasses components, it contains minerals and other nutrients.
There are various grades of beet syrup. "Daijoubu na Mono" selected the highest grade beet syrup produced in Bihoro, Hokkaido. It is a rich, flavorful syrup finished with the essence of beet molasses.

Beet sugar naturally contains oligosaccharides, which are a type of carbohydrate that serve as food for beneficial bacteria like Bifidobacteria. We deliberately chose beet oligosaccharides, extracted from beet sugar, to add sweetness.
Compared to water syrup, beet oligosaccharides are much more expensive, and most commercially available sweets do not use them.
