Soken-sha Harunasan No Oishii Mizu Ga Hagukunda Hiragai Tamago No Mayonnaise is a mild and smooth mayonnaise made with egg yolks from free-range eggs laid by chickens raised on natural groundwater in the foothills of Mt. Haruna, Gunma Prefecture. These chickens are kept in free-range coops where they can freely jump and move around.
We have created a gentle flavor by not adding anything unnecessary, allowing the natural taste of the ingredients to shine through.
■ Point 1: Free-range eggs considering animal welfare
Animal welfare is the concept of animal welfare, which aims to raise livestock in a comfortable environment and reduce the risk of stress and disease.
This product uses only the egg yolks from "sunshine-colored" free-range eggs, born in an environment where chickens can freely jump and move around, respecting their sensitivity.
The coop is a multi-tiered free-range system (aviary system).

The oil is a blend of "rapeseed oil" and "safflower oil" pressed only by the pressing method.
Apple cider vinegar is used for the vinegar. Salt containing bittern is used for the salt. Sugar from Hokkaido sugar beets is used for the sugar.
Spices are blended with mustard to create a mild and smooth flavor.
No amino acid seasonings are used.

In a farm rich in nature at the foot of Mt. Haruna, chickens drink plenty of natural groundwater, a blessing of Haruna, and eat self-mixed feed using domestic feed rice.
