* When making with cold water:Place one tea bag in 1 to 1.5 liters of water and chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to make delicious barley tea.
* When making with hot water:Add one tea bag to 1 to 1.5 liters of boiling water, boil for 1 to 2 minutes, and remove the bag after about 10 minutes.
