◆ How to Make Craft Cola Syrup
【Ingredients】 for 8 servings: 200ml water, 200g sugar (preferably raw sugar), 1 packet of this kit
- Break the cinnamon stick in the kit in half. Lightly crush the cardamom with your hand or a mortar and pestle to extract the seeds.- Put water, sugar, and all spices into a pot, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes while stirring to prevent boiling over.
※ Do not make by cold brewing; simmer to extract flavors.
- Let it cool to room temperature.- Strain out the spices using a sieve, net, or filter.- The craft cola syrup is now ready! Dilute with water or soda at a ratio of 1:4 before drinking.
