This is a Hasegawa original Buddhist altar planned as an FSC-certified product.
It features the beautiful straight grain of Japanese cypress, and the internal shelves are removable.
In addition to the beautiful flat surface veneer, the corners of the Buddhist altar are finished with solid wood to create a more natural and beautiful design.
The interior lighting of the Buddhist altar uses battery-powered LED lights. The lamp itself functions as a switch, and a remote control with brightness and timer functions is also included.
On the back of the Buddhist altar, there is a burn mark indicating that it is an FSC-certified product, as well as a burn mark for SKINWOOD, which is made by bonding thin sheets of young (small-diameter) wood.

It is an international initiative that supports forest resource conservation by delivering properly managed wood and its products to consumers under correct rules, and is considered the most trusted forest certification system in the world.
It is made in accordance with strict rules, using Japanese cypress grown in Oita Prefecture, and supports global efforts toward a circular society aimed at SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
