The "Chirimen Lantern Andon (Andon) type" is available in two types: "Pink" and "Blue".
※Since it is a single item, please order two if you want to decorate as a pair.

【About Obon】
Obon is a traditional event to welcome the spirits of ancestors and close family members who have passed away into this world. It begins with the "Mukaebi" (welcoming fire) to receive the spirits and ends with the "Okuribi" (sending fire) to send them off.
In households, Buddhist lanterns are arranged as Mukaebi and Okuribi to honor the spirits of ancestors and deceased family members. Since it is the time once a year when ancestors return, do your best to offer warm hospitality within your means.
