"Jintore" (Ligament Training) involves intentionally creating an unstable state to activate the ligaments, enabling movements that are faster and more powerful than using muscles alone. When the ligaments are activated, the entire body can be connected and utilized more effectively, leading to less fatigue and improved joint range of motion.
Additionally, from a martial arts perspective, it allows for precise and large-force power that cannot be read by the opponent in an instant.

This time, we will introduce a comparison between the usual body control through muscle contraction and the simple methods to experience and acquire the ligament activation state.

Instructor and Supervisor: Hisahiro Kato, Head of the Jintore Association.
Born in 1961. From childhood, trained in judo and karate, then became a professional kickboxer and competed in matches. Later, he joined the Japan Self-Defense Forces and concurrently studied Taekwondo.
In 1986, he won the kumite division at the 6th All Japan Taekwondo Championships.
In 1989, he fought in his first Kanto debut match against Goro Minami of the Shiroryu-kai, who was called the "strongest invader" at the time, at the 7th Shidokan tournament.
He also sparred in a near-competition format with Suramat Payakarn, regarded as one of the greatest geniuses in Muay Thai history, at the fully packed Omnoi Stadium in Thailand, to appear in his starring film as the first Japanese.
In 1994, while working as a bodyguard for Miss World, he also provided training to the security team of the Kerala State Governor in South India.
In 2002, he won the kata division at the 1st All Japan Taekwondo Poomsae Championships.
Subsequently, he studied various martial arts including Systema in Canada, Daito-ryu Aiki Jujutsu, and Aikido.
From these experiences, he devised "Jintore," focusing on the ligaments.
In 2012, he established the Jintore Association and continues to this day (obtained trademark registration for "Jintore" in 2014).
