The film features a cast of madness, including Shota Matsuda, reprising his role as the former genius con artist, Mikako Tabe, who takes on the heroine role from this installment, Eiichiro Funakoshi, who plays a cult leader with a chilling performance, and Mana Ashida, who takes on her first villainous role as a LIAR GAME office worker.
