【What is Ichifude (One-stroke) Dragon?】As the name suggests, it is a dragon drawn with wishes and prayers, without breaking the body part, using a single brush stroke (one stroke). It is believed to represent:- Continuous development and wealth- Unbroken connections for good relationships and growth- Ongoing protection and safetySince the Edo period (1603–1868), for approximately 400 years, it has been highly revered as a divine dragon, believed to bring strong blessings and benefits, and has been faithfully handed down.

【Kyoto Ichifude Dragon Artist / Keisuke Tejima】Since childhood, he has been fascinated by dragons and has continued to draw dragon images. Influenced by 14 years of practicing karate, where he learned the spirit of Japanese martial arts, he encountered the traditional 『Ichifude Dragon』 technique and was deeply impressed by its history and technique, feeling it was his destiny. He learned the technique through self-study. While preserving the tradition of the Ichifude Dragon passed down since the Edo period, he pursues dragons with the spirit of 【Shuhari】 (a concept of learning, detachment, and mastery). He is one of only three Ichifude Dragon artists in Japan. Originally from Fukuoka Prefecture, through various coincidences and inevitable encounters, he was guided to establish his studio in Higashiyama, Kyoto, the ancient capital where dragons are believed to dwell.
