【Kyoto One-Stroke Dragon Artist / Keisuke Tejima】Since childhood, he has been fascinated by dragons and has continued to draw dragon images. Influenced by 14 years of practicing karate from age 6, through which he learned the spirit of Japanese martial arts, he encountered the traditional 『Hitofude Dragon』 and was deeply impressed by its technique and history, feeling it was his destiny. He learned the technique through self-study. While preserving the tradition of the Edo-period one-stroke dragons, he pursues them with the spirit of 【Shuhari】 (a martial arts concept of learning, detachment, and mastery). He is considered one of only three in Japan to be a master of the one-stroke dragon painting. Originally from Fukuoka Prefecture, through various coincidences and inevitable connections, he was guided to establish his atelier in Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto, a city with a 1,000-year history where dragons are believed to dwell.
【Kyoto, the City of Dragon Deities】Kyoto has been regarded for over 1,000 years as a place imbued with the power of dragon deities residing in dragon holes and dragon veins. Many shrines and temples associated with dragons exist, and pilgrimages to visit dragon deities have been actively carried out from ancient times to the present.
【Dragon (Ryujin) Belief in Japan】Japan has long been considered a mysterious land where dragons dwell, and dragons have been regarded as messengers of the gods or as divine beings themselves. In many shrines, temples, myths, and legends, dragons are worshiped and revered as symbols of prosperity and protection.
【Use at Home / Personal / Company / Shop / Clinic / Facility, etc.】As a gift or celebration for various occasions such as:- Moving, promotion, becoming company president, opening, anniversary, relocation, opening of a clinic, establishment, new construction, independence, company prosperity, career advancement, business success- Birth, shrine visit, first meal, first festival, safe delivery prayers, child blessing- Entrance, school admission, Shichi-Go-San, Peach Festival, Boys’ Festival, graduation, adult ceremony, academic achievement, exam success- Sports events, matches, exams, presentations, victory prayers- Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Respect for the Aged Day, Kanreki, Koki, Kiju, Sanju, Beiju, milestone birthdays, health longevity, disease healing- Wedding anniversaries, Golden Wedding, marital harmony- New Year, Setsubun, birthdays- Auspicious days: Tensei-nichi, Ichiryumanbai, Daian- Prayers for warding off evil, disease prevention, traffic safety
【Regarding Blessings and Blessings from Original and High-Resolution Reproductions】— From Kyoto One-Stroke Dragon Artist / Keisuke Tejima —In my personal opinion, both the original artworks and high-resolution reproductions are imbued with prayers, and I believe there is no difference in the blessings and benefits they bring. The various products I offer on this site, “Ascension, Protection, and Matchmaking Kyoto One-Stroke Dragon,” are carefully supervised to ensure they closely replicate the original dragon paintings I created, with detailed accuracy.
