Uji, located in southern Kyoto Prefecture, is the spiritual home of Japanese matcha. Chanoemon is a Kyoto tea house deeply rooted in Uji's tea culture. Suifu no Shiro is stone-ground using traditional granite millstones that rotate slowly to prevent heat generation, preserving the volatile aromatic compounds and vibrant green color characteristic of high-quality matcha.

■ How to Use
Sift 1-2 teaspoons (approx. 2g) of matcha into a matcha bowl. Add 70ml of hot water at 70-80°C. Whisk quickly in a W-shape with a bamboo whisk until frothy. Drink immediately.

Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Refrigerate in an airtight container after opening. Consume within 30 days of opening. Keep away from strong odors. Do not use boiling water.
