This new series, born from a complete redesign aiming for "ultimate scale realism" to further evolve the MINI-Z series as it stands at a new starting point, has arrived. Its name is "MINI-Z 4x4". While the high driving performance is a given for MINI-Z, the high-quality injection-molded body full of scale realism is also one of its attractions. However, the biggest highlight of this MINI-Z 4x4 is the detailed customization that goes beyond conventional MINI-Z bodies, emphasizing decoration. The body thickness is intentionally made thicker, taking into account crash resistance. Meanwhile, the 4WD chassis, which adopts a ladder frame similar to that of a real car, features a long-stroke, upper A-arm, and 3-link rigid axle suspension, and is equipped with a high-torque steering servo specifically for the MINI-Z 4x4. It possesses the running performance to easily clear not only normal driving but also rough terrain with obstacles reminiscent of a rock crawling field. The dedicated 130 motor, with excellent torque characteristics in the low to mid-speed range, further enhances the driving performance of the MINI-Z 4x4. In this way, the MINI-Z 4x4 achieves a high level of balance between a visually appealing high-detail body and driving performance that considers serious rock crawling.
