~History of Kurosawa Soy Sauce Brewery~
Soy sauce brewing began in 1905. It started when Jin'emon Kurosawa of Hitachi Province ran a grain business and made soy sauce and miso using abundant ingredients.
The brewing process remains the same as it was in the past, with fermentation and slow brewing carried out by human hands and the work of microorganisms.
