*Tested using the liquid obtained by boiling one tea bag in 700cc of hot water for 5 minutes.*
Directions and Dosage＜How to drink＞Adjust the amount of water according to your preference. It is also acceptable to blend with roasted green tea, barley tea, or Job's tears tea if desired.
○ Using a kettle:Place one tea bag into about 400cc to 1000cc of boiling water, simmer over low heat for at least 5 minutes, and then divide into several servings throughout the day as a tea substitute. If the tea becomes too strong, remove the tea bag.
○ After brewing as described, cool in the refrigerator, then pour over ice or transfer to a PET bottle or water pot and store in the refrigerator for drinking.
○ Using a Kyusu (teapot):Simply put one bag into your teapot, add the desired amount of hot water, and enjoy. For a stronger flavor, brew slowly; for a lighter taste, pour into a cup quickly.
