For moderate or greater physical strength, the following symptoms: early stage of cold (without sweating), runny nose, rhinitis, headache, shoulder stiffness, muscle pain, pain in hands and shoulders.

Take the following amount three times a day before meals or between meals with water or warm water.
Adults (15 years and older) ... 1 packet per dose
Children 7 to under 15 years ... 2/3 packet per dose
Children 4 to under 7 years ... 1/2 packet per dose
Children 2 to under 4 years ... 1/3 packet per dose
Children under 2 years ... 1/4 packet per dose
