For the following conditions in individuals with weak constitution, cold sensitivity, tendency towards anemia, easily fatigued, and who sometimes complain of lower abdominal pain, heaviness in the head, dizziness, stiff shoulders, tinnitus, palpitations: Irregular menstruation, abnormal menstruation, menstrual pain, menopausal disorders, disorders due to childbirth, postpartum, or miscarriage (anemia, fatigue, dizziness, swelling), dizziness/lightheadedness, heaviness in the head, stiff shoulders, lower back pain, coldness in the lower back and legs, chilblains, swelling, blemishes, tinnitus.

Take 3 times a day before or between meals with water or plain hot water.
