■ How to Use(1) Insert your thumb through the side hole, starting from the V mark (suitable for both left and right hands).(2) Adjust so that the sandwich-type knitting in the center does not twist. Gently stretch to avoid slack. Do not overstretch, as it may put strain on the base of the thumb.
*Be sure to wear directly on the skin.*If the position shifts, proper function cannot be achieved, so please be careful.

Do not use if you are:(1) Immediately after injury such as sprains, fractures, or ligament damage, or if there is abnormality in the affected area.(2) If you have peripheral blood circulation issues or suspect you do.(3) If there are wounds, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities on the area to be worn.(4) If you have chronic dermatitis or allergies to synthetic fibers or rubber materials.
